The 4 Priorities for the year 2017-2018 are:

 

  1. Quality of Teaching, Learning and Assessment:

To continue to improve outcomes for all pupils by striving for HIGH QUALITY TEACHING AND LEARNING across the school – matching the needs of all learners and providing challenge for all - with a particular focus on reading in and out of school, spelling and maths mastery. *Key school driver

 

  1. Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare:

To build character through HIGH EXPECTATIONS in learning behaviour and provide an enriching curriculum ‘to grow’ healthy minds and bodies with a focus on HEALTHY LIVING.

 

  1. Outcomes for Pupils:

To ensure children’s enjoyment, attainment, progress and character continually improves in all areas of the curriculum through developing RESILIENCE, COMMUNICATION and CONFIDENCE.

 

  1. Effectiveness of Leadership and Management:

To continue to improve the leadership and governance of the school, in line with the CIF expectation. *Key school driver  

 

Overall Effectiveness will look at the provision of SMSC- SPIRITUAL, MORAL, SOCIAL and CULTURAL development and how all children’s needs are met.
